Our final wildlife picture from Kruger National Park doesn’t even look like wildlife. That’s because you’re looking at an African wildcat, the ancestors of today’s domesticated cats. Though they were domesticated 10,000 years ago in the Middle East, these wildcats can still mate with our kitties. So lock up your (cat) daughters.
These guys are not easy to find at night. I love the way they look, and act, so much like a ‘normal’ kitty.
