As seen on facebook, it’s Swedish Yellow Pea Soup. Årtsoppa comes in a handy plastic tube at your local grocery store. Don’t let the looks fool you… it’s tasty and has lovely bits of smoked pork added to it. Traditionally eaten on Thursdays (before your austere Fri) with mustard (yum) and followed with pancakes.
